Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase date

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned

  • Damaged or defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Exchange Policy

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If your refund seems delayed:

  4. Contact your bank to confirm the refund status

Exceptions

  • Special orders or customized items cannot be returned

  • Health and hygiene items cannot be returned once opened

  • Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted
